Vita Biosa Ginger is made on the same herbs and probiotic bacteria as Vita Biosa Original but with an extra punch of ginger. While Vita Biosa already contains some ginger in the form of dried ginger root among the 19 different herbs, Vita Biosa Ginger is infused with highly concentrated Ginger juice during production, which is then fermented by the probiotic bacteria. The result is a wonderful Vita Biosa variant with a freshly pungent taste and all the goodies that come with concentrated ginger!
Ingredients: Water, organic fermented molasses, 19 organic herbs 0.5% (anise, basil, fenugreek, dill, juniper, fennel, elder, ginger, angelica, chervil, liquorice root, oregano, peppermint, parsley, roman chamomile, rosemary, sage, large nettle, thyme), 8 strains of microorganisms (Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus).
